If we don't book 10 qualified meetings in the first 30 days after launch, we refund your first month in full and continue working for free until we do. A qualified meeting is a prospect who matches your ideal customer profile, has budget or authority to make a buying decision, and shows up. If they don't show, you don't pay.
What Happens After Checkout
You're done in two minutes, then the work shifts to us.
Check your inbox. Your receipt and agreement arrive within a few minutes of payment. If you don't see them, check spam, then email hello@lumenriver.com and we'll resend.
Sign, then complete onboarding. Once your agreement is signed, the onboarding questionnaire hits your inbox: a short set of questions on your ideal customer profile, the one input we build the entire campaign around. Everything else is on us.
We build, then we book. Weeks 1-2 are infrastructure: domains, inboxes, campaigns. Meetings typically start landing on your calendar in weeks 3-4.
